DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Orders will be processed within 2 business days upon payment and availability, and you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. We ship all items boxed and deliver them to your door via Aramex and Postnet couriers within South Africa.

Typically, shipments take about 2 business days to reach metropolitan areas and 3 days or more to regional areas.

Domestic shipping is offered at a flat rate of R100.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We provide worldwide shipping (7-14 days) with tracking for a flat rate of R500. Please note that any import duties or taxes imposed by your local customs authorities are your responsibility.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

Goods and services provided by Retrothentic Kicks are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, Retrothentic Kicks will issue a full refund within 3 business days. Due to the nature of our business, all consignment sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
