DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Orders will be processed within 2 business days upon payment and availability, and you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. We ship all items boxed and deliver them to your door via Aramex and Postnet couriers within South Africa.

Typically, shipments take about 2 business days to reach metropolitan areas and 3 days or more to regional areas.

Domestic shipping is offered at a flat rate of R100.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We provide worldwide shipping (7-14 days) with tracking for a flat rate of R500. Please note that any import duties or taxes imposed by your local customs authorities are your responsibility.

Return and Refund Policy

At Retrothentic Kicks, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

Returns

  • We accept returns for defective items only.
  • Returns for defective products must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
  • Consignment sales are final and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for defective products only.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery and are subject to item availability.
  • For defective items, we will replace the product with an identical item (if available) or issue store credit if a replacement is unavailable.

Refunds

  • If an item is deemed unavailable or unrepairable, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days after approval of the return or exchange request.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide photo evidence of the defect (if applicable).
  3. Upon approval, you will receive a return shipping label or further instructions.

Exclusions

Non-defective items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Consignment sales are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
